How We Handle Every Project
Every project starts the same way: we visit the property. There is no substitute for walking a Deer Park yard in person. We look at how the dogs use the space — where they run, where they patrol the fence, where they tend to relieve themselves, where the mud problem concentrates after rain. We assess the drainage, the soil, the grade, the access for equipment. We talk with the homeowner about what is not working with the current yard and what they want the finished space to do for the family and the pets.
From that walk, we build a specific scope for that specific yard. Base depth and aggregate specification based on the soil and drainage conditions we observed. Infill type and quantity based on the dog count and the use intensity of the pet zones. Blade profile based on sun exposure, dog traffic level, and whether kids are also using the space. We confirm all of this in writing with the homeowner before scheduling so there are no surprises at installation.
Installation is completed by our direct crew, not subcontracted out. The same people who assessed the yard are accountable for how it is installed. When we are done, we do a final walkthrough with the homeowner, confirm drainage and edge quality, groom the fiber upright, and walk through simple care instructions. The family and the dogs get the yard back the same day installation finishes. No curing period, no waiting, no returning to check something later.
We also handle repairs and maintenance for existing turf installations throughout the Deer Park service area. If you have turf that is losing infill, developing odor problems, or has lifted seams at fence lines from dog activity, we assess the specific issues and give an honest recommendation on whether repair or replacement makes more financial sense. Most installations have more useful life left than they appear to, and we would rather tell you that than push a replacement job unnecessarily.
